The Edible Image Cake

• All cakes will be frosted in vanilla buttercream.
• Upload your image to be printed on top of your cake! Our team will carefully resize and format it to suit your cake perfectly. If you prefer the image to go on the side of the cake, please specify in the baker’s notes.
• Edible images can sometimes develop small air bubbles. Even with all the best techniques, they occasionally appear. If you spot one, gently press it down with a clean finger or soft paintbrush to help the image re-adhere to the cake. If the bubble doesn’t go away, use a clean needle or pin to make a tiny hole, then smooth it out with your finger or brush — the hole will disappear into the design.
• We print on high-quality edible paper that is vegan, halal-certified, and free from gluten, soy, and nuts.
• File tips: For best results, upload a clear, high-resolution image (JPEG or PNG preferred).
• Formatting: If you have specific placement or shape requests, please make a note in the ‘baker’s notes’.

The fine print

• Cake decorations may vary slightly in appearance due to different decorator styles. If you have a particular requirement, let us know in the baker’s notes at checkout. We promise to keep it to theme.
• We pipe messages in buttercream unless otherwise requested. Please keep your message short- 4 words max.
• Chocolate block letters are available only for a first name (max 10 letters) and age (1-2 numbers).
• All cakes are vegan (egg-free and dairy-free). Gluten-free and soy-free cakes are available by selection (surcharges apply).
  ➡️ Cakes which are both gluten-free and soy-free will use almond milk + brown rice protein powder by default- if nut-free is also required, please specify in baker’s notes and we will use rice milk + brown rice protein powder instead.
  ➡️ All other soy-free cakes will use oat milk + brown rice protein powder.
• Please specify allergies in the baker’s notes. Note that our kitchen contains traces of nuts and other allergens.
• Refunds are only available if your order is cancelled 7 days before the collection date
