Refunds For orders not yet collected

Refunds are only available if your order is cancelled 7 days before the collection date.
Change requests to orders, must be submitted a minimum of 7 days before the collection date. There is no guarantee we can accommodate changes with less notice.
All cancellation, refund and change requests must be made to info@sweetbonescompany.com.
If applicable, refunds will be issued to the card you paid with, alternatively you can request a gift voucher.
If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund.
If you try one of our products and just don’t care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.
No refund will ever be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
Sweet Bones Company reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time.

Remember, you type it, we pipe it. If there is an error with any messages and it matches what you submitted, no refund will be given.
Cake decoration may vary in appearance from those pictured due to different baker decorating styles. If you are unhappy with the decoration, you can email info@sweetbonescompany.com within 2 days of the order collection date with photos and details. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 3 business days hours of your complaint.
If it’s determined that you are eligible for a refund, this will be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift voucher.
