Refunds For orders not yet collected
- Refunds are only available if your order is cancelled 7 days before the collection date.
- Change requests to orders, must be submitted a minimum of 7 days before the collection date. There is no guarantee we can accommodate changes with less notice.
- All cancellation, refund and change requests must be made to info@sweetbonescompany.com.
- If applicable, refunds will be issued to the card you paid with, alternatively you can request a gift voucher.
- If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund.
- If you try one of our products and just don’t care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.
- No refund will ever be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price regardless of circumstance.
- Sweet Bones Company reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time.

- Remember, you type it, we pipe it. If there is an error with any messages and it matches what you submitted, no refund will be given.
- Cake decoration may vary in appearance from those pictured due to different baker decorating styles. If you are unhappy with the decoration, you can email info@sweetbonescompany.com within 2 days of the order collection date with photos and details. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 3 business days hours of your complaint.
- If it’s determined that you are eligible for a refund, this will be issued as a store credit in the form of a gift voucher.

- As our product is perishable, we can not accept returns for any items.
