The fine print
- You’ll select your pickup date at the checkout step.
- Order collection is anytime during our opening hours– no need to specify a time- we’ll have it ready.
- Cake decorations may vary slightly in appearance due to different decorator styles. If you have a particular requirement, let us know in the baker’s notes at checkout. We promise to keep it to theme.
- We pipe messages in buttercream unless otherwise requested. Please keep your message short- 4 words max.
- Chocolate block letters are available only for a first name (max 10 letters) and age (1-2 numbers).
- All cakes are vegan (egg-free and dairy-free). Gluten-free is available by selection. Please specify allergies in the baker’s notes. Note that our kitchen contains traces of nuts and other allergens.
- Refunds are only available if your order is cancelled 7 days before the collection date.
